At Exemption Hub, we are committed to delivering high-quality services in preparing exemption forms and providing consulting related to affordable housing. Because our services are custom and document-based, we have a strict no refund policy once work has begun.
Refund Eligibility
We do not offer refunds except in cases where an error was made by our team in preparing your documents. If you believe an error was made, please notify us within 7 business days of receiving the completed materials. We will review the matter and, if the error is confirmed, we will correct it at no charge or issue a refund at our discretion.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

If incorrect or incomplete information was provided by the client.

If the exemption application is denied by the Board of Equalization or the county (we do not guarantee approvals).

If documents are not submitted by the client or are submitted late.

If the client changes their mind after services have begun.
We encourage clients to carefully review all documents prior to submission and contact us with any questions or concerns.
