While we do our best to ensure accuracy on our end, the ultimate decision on whether an exemption is granted lies solely with the California Board of Equalization and the relevant county. We do not guarantee that your project or property will qualify for or receive any exemptions.

3. Responsibility for Filing and Submission

Our services are limited to preparing and returning completed documents to the user. It is the sole responsibility of the user to:

• Review the documents for accuracy,

• Execute any required signatures, and

• Submit the documents to the appropriate entities by the applicable deadlines.

We do not take responsibility for the submission of any forms unless expressly agreed to in writing.

4. Deadlines and Timelines

We require a minimum of 60 days’ notice before any filing deadline to complete and return documents. Requests with a deadline of less than 60 days may be declined unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. Corrections and Revisions

If any inaccuracies are found in forms completed by our team, we will correct those errors at no additional charge. However, we are not liable for delays or rejections caused by errors originating from user-provided information.

6. Use of Website

Your use of this website and its services is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. Misuse or unauthorized use of the site or services is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Exemption Hub shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or reliance on the forms prepared.
